Welcome to this new site, born out of the need of some Buddhist practitioners in the Hastings and Bexhill conurbation and the surrounding district of East Sussex, UK, for an open, informal intellectual and emotional space for discussing Buddha’s dharma free from the negativities sometimes arising from institutional and organisational constraints. This site is designed to be a place for informal discussion and debate about all matters relating to meditation and Buddhism,  and a forum in which ideas and suggestions can be creatively explored in a supportive and friendly milieu.
